Sitting With Mackintosh Exhibition Opening!

The Garnethill Multicultural Centre’s Seniors Art Group enjoyed their opening night of the ‘Sitting With Mackintosh’ Exhibition at the Reid Building gallery.

The show was a culmination of work made by the group over the course of a year, responding artistically to Charles Rennie Mackintosh and his school of design.

The show featured ceiling to floor hangings of the groups drawings and designs, works of collage, screen printing and even miniature model rooms featuring some of Mackintosh’s chairs.
